- Delivering The Carolinas Agent shall represent and service all his or her Clients, whether they be the buyer, seller, real estate agent, banker, closing attorney…etc in the same professional manner and shall not allow any interest in any business or person to affect the quality of the service or representation.
- Delivering The Carolinas Agent shall be current and knowledgeable about the laws, regulations and legislation affecting the real estate disciplines the REALTOR® engages in, and about real estate in their community generally.
- Delivering The Carolinas Agent shall Understand the Code of Ethics is a living document, and keeping themselves informed about its duties and obligations on an ongoing basis. And providing equal professional services to all consistent with Article 10 of the Code of Ethics.
